Top & Bottom Bearing Flush Trim Bit with 1/4" Shank, 1/2" (Dia.)

Designed specifically for precision cuts in various timming or pattern routing applications, these bits are equipped with bearings both above and below the cutting edge, essentially combining two bits into one. With a carbide height of 1 1/4" and a shank size of 1/4", these bits have a diameter of 1/2".

These bits are ideal for use with templates positioned either above or below the work piece, as well as for trimming laminates or veneer to be perfectly flush with surfaces such as countertops, shelving, and other projects.

Freud's Top & Bottom Bearing Bits allow you to route half of the curve in one direction, then flip the work piece and route the other half in the opposite direction without needing to adjust your pattern.

Suitable for hand-held routers, laminate trimmers, and table-mounted portable routers, these bits can effectively cut through hardwoods, softwoods, plastic laminates, and veneered plywood.
