MIBRO's 14-Piece 8-Inch Carbide Stacking Dado Blade Set (416381) includes two 8" x 24T carbide saw blades, one 1/16" chipper blade, four 1/8" chipper blades, and seven metal shims, all neatly organized in a durable case. This stacking dado blade set is designed to cut clean edges, square shoulders, and flat bottoms, providing smooth and precise grooves in various types of wood, plywood, and composite materials.

Ideal for DIY, home, or woodworking enthusiasts, as well as light professional users, this dado blade set allows for grooves ranging from 1/4" to 13/16" in width, adjustable in 1/16" increments. It can make a variety of cuts, including dado, groove, rabbet, fillet, and mortise & tenon.

Blade technology ensures precision and durability, as each tooth on the outside blades and chippers is electronically welded onto the blade body using fully automated equipment from Germany. The large carbide teeth and premium carbide material ensure long-lasting performance without chipping or fracturing easily.

The two 8" outside cutting blades feature 24 carbide teeth with a pattern of 5 beveled cutting teeth and 1 straight raker tooth, along with an anti-kickback tooth profile for safety. The five chipper blades, including one 1/16" and four 1/8" chippers, have two extra-large carbide teeth each and are ground simultaneously with the outside blades for a flat-bottomed groove cutting.

Additionally, seven metal shims are included for fine adjustments to the dado setup, with widths ranging from 0.004" to 0.096". These shims have a 3-5/32" diameter and 5/8" arbor hole for easy installation.
