Make sure the bits are securely in place in the collect and aligned to the indicator mark (“K” Mark). This product is specifically designed for benchtop router machines and should not be used with other machinery such as a driller. The maximum RPM is 18000.

Description:

A finger joint, also known as a comb joint, is a common woodworking joint created by cutting complementary, interlocking profiles in two pieces of wood which are then glued together. The KOWOOD Finger Joint Bit is perfect for creating these joints and comes with a guide bearing for accurate cutting.

Note:

Before cutting, determine the size of the wood and adjust the height of the finger joint accordingly. We recommend testing on a piece of scrap wood before making the final cut to ensure a proper fit. Do not change the size of the bearing, ensure it is securely in place and can spin freely. Align the fence with the guide bearing on the router table and proceed to make the cut carefully. For best results, we recommend using a table-mounted router and keeping the work piece against the fence as you move it past the bit. The KOWOOD High Grade Carbide provides razor-sharp cutting edges for smooth cuts and is designed to eliminate friction and chatter.
