Freud LU80R010: 10 Plywood & Melamine Blade

The 10-inch Freud LU80R010 Ultimate Plywood and Melamine Cutting Saw Blade is a heavy-duty blade designed for precision cutting. With 80 teeth made of TiCo high-density carbide tips and coated with Freud's Perma-SHIELD coating, this blade is able to cut through veneered plywood, melamine countertops, and hardwood molding with ease, providing a chip-free finish.

The 10"x80t HiATB Industrial Ultra finish saw blade features a HiATB tooth design that ensures virtually chip-free finishes in veneered plywood, melamines, and laminates. This blade, which replaces Freud's F810 saw blade, is enhanced with Freud's Perma-Shield coating, making it even more durable and efficient.

The specs for this blade include a 5/8" arbor, a diameter of 10", a Grind Hi-ATB, a Hook Angle of 2°, a Kerf of .126", a Plate of .087", and 80 teeth. The Premium TiCo Hi-Density Carbide Crosscutting Blend ensures maximum performance, while the High Alternate Top Bevel (HiATB) Tooth Design produces splinter-free cuts.
