The 3-Piece Premier Adjustable Cabinet Bit Set includes round over & bevel profiles. This set combines the new 99-760 Premier Adjustable Rail and Stile bits with the 99-515 2+2 raised panel bit. It allows woodworkers to create doors ranging from 5/8 inch to 1-1/4 inch thickness with any length tenon construction for durable joints. The top portion of the cutter can be removed to create a long tenon profile for various joint styles. The adjustable shims ensure a tight fit for plywood panels and can accommodate thick panels ranging from 5.5mm to 6.35mm.

Freud's 99-515 2 + 2 raised panel bit features a unique cutter geometry with two small wings cutting downward and two large wings shearing upward. This design produces a smooth cut in hardwoods, softwoods, and plywoods. The backcutter allows for creating flawless raised panel doors that are flush with the frame on both sides. The bits are coated with Freud's Perma-Shield to resist heat and pitch build-up, ensuring longevity and a high-quality finish.

Designed for use with table-mounted portable routers, this set also offers optional cutters for double-sided profile doors and glass panel doors with variable thicknesses and long tenons. The Quarter Round profile is produced on the rail and stile bits, while the panel bit creates a bevel profile.
